Mr. Chongshihan Ran officially joined us as a PhD student. Warmest welcome, Chongshihan!

Chongshihan Ran joined Dr. Lin’s Lab as a PhD student in 2024 Fall. Before that, he received his Master’s degree from National University of Singapore (NUS) and Bachelor’s degree from Beijing University of Chemical Technologies (BUCT). Ryan’s research interest is in heterogeneous catalysis, bio-based materials, and biohybrids. Ryan has experience organizing international conferences (SACC 2023 & SCS Forum 2024) and received many awards, including the BUCT-New Oriental Scholarship and the Methanex Scholarship.
